On 03/03/2022, between 03:09 UTC and 03:30 AM UTC, very few Grasshopper customers would have experienced calls dropped and delay in accessing the mobile application.
Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
