On 05/31/2022, between 06:09 UTC and 06:21 PM UTC, Grasshopper customers would have been unable to access the Grasshopper website and mobile application.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
