Our engineers have identified that the issue is related to an active outage from an upstream provider. We are now actively working on mitigating the impact on our customers.

Our engineers are currently investigating reports of few Grasshopper customers might be experiencing issues with fast busy inbound calls to our TF numbers, leading to call getting dropped and the caller hear 'Your Call Could not be completed'.
