We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We have identified the issue and are working closely with our carrier to resolve it. At this time, you are unable to send or receive text messages on toll-free numbers. This issue does not affect text messaging on local numbers.
