On 09/07/2019, from 13:00 until 15:00 UTC, Grasshopper customers may have experienced delays in updating greetings and updates call forwarding configurations. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences.
